Lead Casa Esperanza’s mission by overseeing a $1.2M budget, managing a small dedicated team, and guiding operations, partnerships, and organizational vision. The Executive Director plays a hands-on role in daily operations, fundraising, grant writing, and donor engagement to support families facing medical crises.
Additional Areas of Responsibility: Strengthen financial systems, modernize policies, and support staff and board development during a period of organizational renewal. Provide on‑call support, assist with front desk needs, and foster a collaborative, people‑centered culture. Ideal for a compassionate leader committed to meaningful, hands‑on impact.
Other Information/Requirements: Casa Esperanza is Albuquerque’s home away from home for patients and families facing serious medical challenges. Our 28‑room facility near major hospitals provides safe lodging, compassion, and community. Through donor support and programs like Give Hope a Ride, we ensure that no one faces illness alone while receiving essential care in Albuquerque.
