What You’ll Do
Own the vision
for electrical systems on large-scale healthcare facilities-where precision and reliability save lives.
Lead and inspire
project teams, mentoring the next generation of engineers.
Collaborate at the highest level
with architects, planners, and industry experts to deliver integrated, future-ready solutions.
Drive innovation
in sustainable, energy-efficient systems that meet the most rigorous healthcare standards.
Deliver excellence -on time, on budget, and beyond expectations.
What You Bring
Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering (Master's preferred).
PE license (non-negotiable-you're the expert).
10+ years of progressive experience in electrical design and project leadership.
Deep expertise in healthcare electrical systems: emergency power, critical systems, low-voltage infrastructure.
Mastery of NEC, NFPA, and healthcare-specific codes (NFPA 99).
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and design software.
Leadership that inspires confidence and collaboration.
Bonus Points For
LEED or WELL experience-because sustainability matters.
A knack for juggling multiple priorities without breaking a sweat.
