Round Hill Country Club is seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Aquatics to lead and elevate our aquatics program. As a premier private club dedicated to providing exceptional member experiences, RHCC offers a vibrant and well‑maintained aquatics facility that supports competitive swimming, recreational enjoyment, and year‑round member engagement and programming.
The Director of Aquatics will oversee all aspects of the Club’s aquatic operations, including swim team coordination, swim instruction, lifeguard management, and pool programming, while ensuring a safe, welcoming, and high‑quality environment for members of all ages.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and support the RHCC swim team coaching staff
Serve as a liaison, coordinating meet schedules, team practices and seasonal team logistics
Oversee Swim lesson programs, and clinics for all ages and levels
Ensure daily pool operations run smoothly, safely, and efficiently
Strong knowledge of pool operations, swim programming, and competitive team oversight
Proven ability to lead teams, manage logistics, and deliver outstanding service
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem‑solving skills
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays during peak swim season

Qualifications
5 years of experience as a competitive swimmer
3 years supervising seasonal or full‑time staff
2‑5 years as Head Swim Coach
3 years of experience working in a private country club environment preferred
1 year on a swim team Board of Directors preferred
Successful track record designing and implementing aquatics programs that address competitiveness, skill development, and multiple age groups
