Akkodis is seeking a
Business Analyst
for a
Contract
with a client in
San Francisco, CA . Responsible for gathering stakeholder requirements and translating them into clear technical specifications, as well as creating process documentation and workflows.
Rate Range:
$41/hour to $56/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Responsibilities
Gather and analyze requirements from stakeholders and translate them into detailed technical specifications.
Create process documentation, workflows, and diagrams to support ServiceNow implementations.
Collaborate with development teams to ensure requirements are accurately implemented.
Conduct gap analysis and recommend process improvements aligned with business objectives.
Facilitate meetings and workshops to capture requirements and validate solutions.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with ServiceNow projects.
Strong ability to gather and document requirements and translate them into technical specifications for ServiceNow implementations.
Experience in creating process documentation, workflows, and collaborating with technical teams to ensure accurate delivery.

Pay Details:
$41.00 to $56.00 per hour
