Position Highlights
Provide hospital-based obstetric and emergent gynecological care.
Participate in regional OBGYN team rotations, performing hospital-based duties.
Round on inpatient obstetric patients, manage scheduled labor inductions, and perform planned C‑sections.
Admit and manage labor for patients assigned to the regional Kelsey provider group.
Work 24‑hour shifts, with an expectation of 7 shifts per month, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
Graduate of an approved training program from an accredited medical school, residency or fellowship program upon hire.
Licensed in the State of Texas.
Board Certified or Board Eligible.
Must have completed residency and practicing or be in residency when applying.
Compensation ranges from $278,500 - $484,500, including base pay and bonus, based on factors such as local labor markets, education, work experience, and performance. Benefits include a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase, and a 401(k) contribution (subject to eligibility).
