OB/GYN Hospitalist – Rice Village, Kelsey‑Seybold
Join Kelsey‑Seybold Clinic, part of the Optum family, to provide comprehensive obstetric and emergent gynecologic care in a leading multi‑specialty clinic.
Position Highlights
Hospital‑based obstetric and emergent gynecologic care.
Participate in regional OBGYN team rotations.
Rounds on inpatient obstetric patients, manage scheduled labor inductions, and perform planned C‑sections.
Admit and manage labor for patients assigned to the regional provider group.
Work 24‑hour shifts; expect 7 shifts per month, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
Graduate of an approved training program from an accredited medical school, residency, or fellowship upon hire.
Licensed in the State of Texas.
Board certified or board eligible.
Must have completed residency and be practicing or in residency when applying.
Compensation ranges from $278,500 to $484,500 per year, including base pay and bonus, commensurate with experience and performance. Benefits include a comprehensive package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase, and 401(k) contribution.
