BDR (AI StartUp)
We’re hiring a BDR to help scale an applied‑intelligence platform that's just raised VC funding. Identify the right organizations in our ICP, get the right people on the phone, and turn those conversations into qualified opportunities.
Qualifications
You must have at least 1 year as a BDR at a software business.
You must have worked in an environment where you are cold calling every day.
You must have strong cold calling skills, and a proven track record of winning new customers.
Environment
This is a cold calling forward role.
The product is technical, so you’ll get trained properly, enough to speak clearly with engineers, operators, and business leaders.
There will be close collaboration with the Product team.
Target accounts and personas are defined.
Day‑to‑day responsibilities
Outbound calling into mid‑market and enterprise accounts
Running tight first conversations that surface real needs
Breaking complex ideas into simple, confident messaging
Working closely with GTM and product to share patterns from the field
Creating pipeline that the sales team can close
Who fits this role
Has 1–3 years in a BDR/SDR seat
Is comfortable on the phone and can control a call without sounding scripted
Can explain ideas clearly
Wants to be in a company where their work directly impacts growth
If you’re a solid BDR who wants to work on technology that solves real problems, and you want a place where your skill on the phone actually moves the needle, send a message and I’ll share more.
