We’re looking for a hands‑on General Manager to take charge of daily operations across Front Office, Housekeeping, Maintenance, Reservations, and Guest Services at a select‑service hotel in Stoughton, MA.
This role involves coaching department leaders, tracking performance metrics, managing budgets and payroll, and ensuring compliance with all hotel standards and regulations. You’ll also stay ahead of local market trends, engage with community partners, and look for opportunities to grow demand and revenue.

Key Responsibilities
Manage daily operations across Front Office, Housekeeping, Maintenance, Reservations and Guest Services
Lead, coach and develop departmental supervisors and staff to deliver outstanding guest satisfaction
Develop and oversee the annual budget, manage payroll and control operating expenses to meet profitability goals
Track performance metrics and guest feedback and implement improvements
Ensure full compliance with local, state and federal regulations and hotel standards
Monitor local market trends, identify demand‑generators and engage with community partners
Essential Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of hospitality leadership experience including prior General Manager (or equivalent) role
Strong verbal and written communication skills and a guest‑service mindset
Must work onsite and be flexible with schedule including evenings and weekends if required
Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously
