THE ROLE
The day‑to‑day responsibilities include:
Full P&L oversight and leadership of daily operations.
Implementing strategic sales and marketing initiatives.
Driving a cultural transformation to boost customer engagement and team accountability.
Leading and coaching a 15‑person team with a hands‑on leadership style.
Reporting to the Group GM while maintaining autonomy.
KEY SELLING POINTS
Largest window and door showroom in the Scottsdale area.
Strong digital reputation with a consistent 4.5‑star rating.
Serves an affluent clientele in a wealthy metropolitan market.
Long‑standing vendor relationships and a well‑established business model.
Custom projects serving high‑net‑worth individuals.
KEY CHALLENGES
Rebuilding the company’s online presence and SEO strategy.
Addressing incomplete project deliveries and improving service follow‑through.
Leading a significant cultural transformation.
Stabilizing financial performance and reversing recent declines.
YOUR BACKGROUND
At least 7 years in high‑end construction, building products, or luxury home services.
Experience in windows and doors, with a strong understanding of luxury clientele.
Sales leadership and customer engagement experience.
AZROC license or willingness to obtain one.
Not required to have prior PE‑backed or GM‑level experience, but must show potential to lead.

LOCATION

COMPENSATION PACKAGE
Basic Salary: $120,000–$150,000
Quarterly Bonus: 10 % of EBITDA growth
