Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 annually + Annual Bonus

What You’ll Do as a Tax Supervisor
Lead and supervise tax engagements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with firm and professional standards
Manage and mentor junior staff to build a high-performing tax team
Review complex tax returns and conduct in-depth technical tax research
Build strong client relationships and identify opportunities to add value through tax planning
Stay current on tax laws and regulations relevant to your clients’ industries
Requirements
5+ years of public accounting experience focused on tax compliance and planning
Proven experience leading tax teams and managing multi-client engagements
Strong skills reviewing complex individual and business tax returns
Preferred Qualifications
CPA license or active CPA candidate status
Experience with tax software like ProSystem fx Tax, CCH Axcess Tax, and QuickBooks
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
