AI & Machine Learning Engineering Consultant – Manager – Consulting
Location: Anywhere in Country (OPEN)
Key Responsibilities
Lead workstream delivery and manage client engagements from planning to closure.
Research, build, and implement scalable AI/ML systems tailored to business requirements across cloud and on‑prem environments.
Enhance data pipelines, ensure data quality, and optimize storage for XOps processes.
Monitor learning processes, evaluate performance, and continuously improve high‑performance models.
Collaborate with data and analytics professionals to industrialize analysis into effective analytics solutions.
Identify opportunities for additional services and manage engagement economics.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics or related field.
6–10 years of full‑time experience in AI, Data Science and/or Machine Learning.
2–4 years of experience managing technical teams.
Strong skills in Python and experience designing, building and maintaining production AI/ML solutions on a major cloud platform.
Proficiency with generative AI models (OpenAI, LangChain, RAG) and ML frameworks (scikit‑learn, PyTorch).
Experience with MLOps workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and model monitoring.
Excellent communication skills and willingness to travel for client engagements.
Digital fluency, commercial acumen, and strong relationship‑building skills.
Compensation
Base salary range (US): $125,500 – $230,200.
Additional compensation and benefits based on performance and geographic location.
