Our client is a top firm, seeking associates in JD class year 2022-2023 for its Licensing & Tech Group in Boston.
The firm will consider candidates with experience in commercial contracts, venture finance or M&A transactions.
The salary range for this role is between $235k to $260k.
Qualifications
2-3 years of experience preferably in drafting and negotiating licensing, partnering, and commercial agreements - or - experience in venture financing or M&A transactions.
Strong interest in working with startup and venture capital clients.
Technical degree is not required for this role.
Preference for candidates with large law firm experience.
Massachusetts admission required.
Excellent academic credentials as well as strong writing skills.
All candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.
