Technology Transactions Associate Attorney
Our client is an Am law 200 firm seeking a mid-level technology transactions associate with 2-6 years of experience for its New York, Washington, DC, Baltimore, Chicago, Cleveland, Columbus, Indianapolis, and Philadelphia offices. The salary range for this position in New York and DC is $225,000 to $340,000. For Philadelphia and Chicago, the salary range is between $214,500 to $253,500.
Qualifications
2-6 years of technology transactions experience, ideally with a mix of in‐house and private practice.
Experience structuring, negotiating and drafting a range of complex commercial agreements, including procurement (supply chain and software), outsourcing, software licenses and implementation, cloud services, IT services, e‑commerce, payment processing and merchant services agreements.
Interest and/or experience in e‑commerce, supply chain and logistics, and software.
State bar admission in jurisdiction of practice.
Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills. Team focused.
Strong academic credentials.
All candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.
