What You'll Do at Pega:
Lead and drive scope definition, requirements analysis, functional and technical design, application build, product configuration, unit testing, UAT and production deployment
Partner with world‑leading clients to deliver high quality technical solutions across all phases of the software development lifecycle
Utilize outstanding technical consulting skills to demonstrate new and innovative ways to implement software solutions
Collaborate with a high‑performing Pega delivery team to ensure the solution meets or exceeds client expectations
Provide support and technical governance focused on one or more projects at a single client
Act as a Subject Matter Expert to the organization and proactively respond to ad hoc questions
Who You Are:
You are a highly technical, hands‑on individual passionate about exploring and applying Pega technology to solve business problems.
Experience building and implementing model‑driven, enterprise‑level business solutions.
Excellent time‑management and organization skills, with the capability to manage multiple competing priorities.
Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate, partner and collaborate.
Willingness to go the extra mile.
Dedication to achieving outstanding customer results with a team‑oriented drive and demonstrated ability to lead by example.
Aptitude to pick up new concepts and technology rapidly; ability to explain it to both business and IT stakeholders.
Open to working from 1:00 ‑ 10:00 PM IST.

What You've Accomplished:
Built and implemented model‑driven, enterprise‑level business solutions and applications.
Led end‑to‑end delivery of medium to large components of larger solutions.
Exposed to a variety of technologies including Application Servers, programming languages, relational and non‑relational databases and integration techniques.
Demonstrated knowledge of and applicability of Object‑Oriented techniques and principles.
Delivered solutions in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
