By uniting people of passion who believe they can make a difference, we are confident that we can achieve this goal.## **Job Description**Mandate: Grow the Globe Fiber Prepaid business through maximizing customer value among existing subscribers – upsell, reload, retention, and loyaltyDuties and Responsibilities:● CUSTOMER ANALYTICS & INSIGHTS
○ Drives weekly dashboarding and customer insighting
○ Drills down and performs complex exploratory studies to identify correlation of
business drivers & customer behavior (product experience, customer interests
and willingness to buy)
○ Integrating diverse and relevant information and dashboards to internal
departments to update market profiles and create game plans
● MARKETING OPERATIONS
○ Identifies pain points in current processes/customer touchpoints causing
complaints or churn and creates the game plan to address them, within product
capabilities and annual budget, which will result in lower churn
○ Continuous innovation to maximize opportunities identified in customer
sentiments as aligned with the company’s vision
● PROGRAM MANAGEMENT & EXECUTION
○ Drives all executions in a timely manner
○ Translates the brand strategy into an optimum mix to target the right customer
with the right offer at the right time through the right channels
○ Engages and builds strong relationships with all readiness partners – Product,
customer experience, marketing, and finance
○ Leads project planning, scheduling, controlling, and reporting activities for all
Base Management campaigns. Manage risks & ensure beta solutions to problems
