The organization includes five corporately affiliated hospitals, as well as skilled nursing facilities, community and school‑based health centers, and health partners in related fields. Job Description & Responsibilities
Join an established group of 5 Nephrologists, 2 Nurse Practitioners
100% Nephrology Practice
50% outpatient clinic and hospital responsibilities at Bassett Medical Center
50% regional travel with focus in Oneonta and Cobleskill
Potential for Medical Directorship of Dialysis Unit
Call 11 weeks per year – Monday 8 AM – Monday 8 AM
30‑50 follow‑up dialysis patients
10‑30 follow‑up transplant patients
Potential for faculty appointment from Columbia
Daily interaction with medical students as well as Internal Medicine and Transitional residents.
EMR-EPIC
Salary Range: $260,000 - $310,000. This compensation range represents Bassett Healthcare’s good‑faith belief of the compensation range at the time of this posting or advertisement. Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards.
Sign‑on Bonus up to $100,000

Board Eligible or Board Certified
New York State Licensure
