We are seeking highly experienced and innovative leaders to champion the adoption of Kuiper broadband solutions within the aviation sector. This is your opportunity to make a significant impact in a cutting-edge industry! Key Responsibilities: Act as the voice of the customer, influencing the development of new features and services. Develop and launch creative solutions tailored to customer use cases. Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to understand and guide the technical evolution aligned with customer requirements. Innovate and resolve technical and commercial challenges while creating new product offerings. Establish trust with customers through expertise and transparent communication. Support strategic business development through pricing strategies and deal negotiations. Focus on complex deals and nurture long-term strategic partnerships. Create and disseminate best practices, technical content, and reference architectures, including white papers, code samples, and blogs. About The Team: This role is integral to the Kuiper B2B Business Development team, which promotes Kuiper services in the enterprise, mobility, and telco sectors. We prioritize work-life balance and foster a culture of knowledge sharing, providing mentorship and support for members of all experience levels. Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or a related field. Proven ability to communicate technical concepts to diverse audiences, including C-level executives, through training, workshops, or publications. 10+ years of experience in In-Flight Connectivity, focusing on the commercial or business aviation sectors. Preferred Qualifications: Exceptional presentation and whiteboarding skills, with comfort in engaging with executives, IT managers, and developers. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, Go, .Net, or Java. Experience in bringing aviation connectivity products from concept to implementation. Compensation ranges from $164,500 to $284,300 annually, based on experience and skills. Additional benefits and details on total compensation are available through Amazon Benefits.
