What We’re Looking For We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Jr. Global Logistics Specialist to join our Supply Chain team. In this entry‑level role, you will support the coordination and execution of international and domestic shipments, ensuring goods move efficiently, cost‑effectively, and in compliance with all regulations. This is a great opportunity for someone eager to start a career in logistics and gain hands‑on experience in global supply chain operations.

To Summarize, You Will

Support documentation processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with customs and trade regulations

Track shipments and update internal systems with delivery status and any delays

Communicate with freight forwarders, carriers, and vendors to ensure on‑time delivery

Help resolve logistics issues and elevate problems when necessary

Monitor and maintain records related to shipments, invoices, and compliance documents

Partner with internal teams (Warehouse, Customer Service, Merchandising, etc.) to support smooth logistics operations

Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency

Assist with coordinating import and export shipments, including air, ocean, and ground transportation

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Logistics, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)

0–2 years of logistics, supply chain, or related experience (internships welcome)

Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail

Effective communicator, both written and verbal

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word); experience with ERP or logistics systems a plus

Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment and meet deadlines

Interest in learning about global trade, compliance, and transportation
