Compliance Senior Specialist , you’ll join a collaborative and forward-thinking team based in Poland.
About Your Future Role In this position, you will:
Designing solutions and ensuring the company’s compliance with regulations through independent control functions and managing compliance risk—understood as the risk of consequences arising from non-compliance with legal regulations, internal policies, and market standards (including UUP, PSD, AML, DORA, as well as other areas beyond payment services such as finance, technology, or integration).
Conducting audits, oversight, and regular evaluations of actions taken to ensure that the Payment Institution (PEP) fulfills its legal obligations under the regulations governing the operations of a National Payment Institution.
Overseeing the monitoring of legal changes affecting the company’s operations and planning the necessary actions resulting from those changes.
Supervising the reporting schedule to regulatory authorities.
Preparing management reports for the company’s corporate bodies in the area of compliance.
Analyzing new projects, products, and services introduced by the Payment Institution (PEP), or modifications to existing ones, in terms of compliance with legal regulations, internal policies, and market standards.
Participating in the implementation of internal and group procedures and supporting training processes for organizational units regarding new legal regulations.
Managing publications on the KNF portal and distributing relevant information within the group.
Communicating with regulatory authorities—both Polish and international—including KNF, NBP, UOKiK, GIIF, and being responsible for cooperation with external and internal auditors.
Actively participating in working groups organized by industry chambers such as the Polish Bank Association (KAR) and PONiP.

Essential Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position
Experience working with institutions supervised by the Polish Financial Supervision Authority (UKNF)
Strong knowledge of national and European legislation related to National Payment Institutions (KIP)
University degree in law
English and Polish languages proficiency at B2 level
Very good command of the MS Office suite
Highly developed analytical skills
Excellent organizational skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
