We’re partnering with a fast-growing, industry-leading manufacturer in the health & wellness products space. The company has nearly
doubled in size over the past two years , recently welcomed new leadership, and is continuing to scale its finance and accounting function. This is a great opportunity to join a stable, expanding organization where your work directly impacts financial accuracy and operational success. What You’ll Do • Support the month-end and year-end close process, including journal entries and GL maintenance • Prepare financial statements, reconciliations, and supporting schedules • Handle AP/AR functions, invoicing, and banking activity • Maintain fixed asset schedules and calculate depreciation • Assist with audit preparation and provide documentation to external auditors What We’re Looking For •
3+ years
of accounting experience (manufacturing experience strongly preferred) • Strong experience in
GL, reconciliations, AP/AR, journal entries, and month-end close • Knowledge of GAAP and standard accounting controls • Proficiency with Excel and accounting systems (any ERP experience a plus) • Detail-oriented, hands-on, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment Seniority level
