North Highland is a leading change and transformation consultancy. We are seeking a
Change Manager
to help transform business strategy into reality by building lasting solutions. This role is hybrid – 4 days a week onsite.
Summary As the Senior Change Manager, you will support the execution of a change strategy for an enterprise transformation initiative, ensuring successful rollout and adoption of new digital processes across the organization.
You Will
Lead change management activities to drive employee engagement and adoption.
Develop change management materials for strategic communications and training plans.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify and address barriers to change.
Provide regular updates and progress reports to project stakeholders.
Demonstrate a calm, proactive approach to change in a fast‑paced, ambiguous environment.
Ideally, We’d Like
Relevant experience in change management or communications, preferably in consulting or professional services.
Management Consulting experience.
Prosci Certification or comparable change management certification.
Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
Ability to work independently and take initiative to move work forward.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
