The beautiful Hilton Hawaiian Village Waikiki Beach is looking for an Assistant Pantry Cook to join its team!
Schedule: Can be as early as 6am, varied by department and business needs.
Pay Rate: $27.52 - $34.40 per hour.

Responsibilities
Prep work for soups, sauces, vegetables, starches, meats, fish, poultry, seafood, grated cheese, chopped shallots and garlic, garnishes for plates and buffets
Supply assigned workstation with all needed products and culinary equipment for prompt production, including lifting and transporting up to 50 lbs and using hand cart/truck up to 350 lbs
Store all food in refrigerated boxes, covers, labels and dates, using proper containers to prevent waste and spoilage
Perform general/routine cleaning tasks using standard hotel cleaning products as assigned by the supervisor to adhere to health standards
Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years experience as a cook with knowledge of proper protein cooking temperatures
Good knife skills
Previous hotel and banquet experience is a plus
Ability to work a varied schedule including weekends and holidays
