Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Human Resources Manager to lead our HR initiatives and support organizational growth. The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of human resources management, including talent acquisition, employee relations, compliance, and performance management. This role requires a strong understanding of employment and labor laws, HRIS systems, and strategic planning to foster a positive workplace culture and ensure operational excellence.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals, including succession planning and organizational design.

Oversee talent acquisition processes such as sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and employee orientation to attract top talent.

Manage employee relations by addressing conflicts, conducting performance evaluations, and facilitating effective communication across teams.

Administer employee benefits programs, payroll systems (e.g., Workday, ADP, Paychex), and workers' compensation procedures.

Ensure compliance with OSHA standards, FMLA regulations, and other employment laws.

Lead training & development initiatives to enhance employee skills and support career growth.

Supervise HR staff and coordinate with senior leadership on HR program management and process improvements.

Manage HRIS systems like SAP SuccessFactors, UltiPro, Oracle HCM, Taleo, Kronos, and others for data collection and analysis.

Oversee HR sourcing strategies to meet staffing needs efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality.

Facilitate change management processes to support organizational transitions smoothly.

Conduct negotiations related to employment contracts and benefits administration.

Monitor HR metrics to inform strategic decision-making and improve HR practices.

Qualifications

Proven experience in human resources management with strong supervisory skills.

Extensive knowledge of employment & labor law, OSHA standards, FMLA regulations, and workers' compensation procedures.

Proficiency in HRIS platforms such as Workday, ADP, Paychex, Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, UltiPro, Taleo, Kronos, Paylocity.

Demonstrated expertise in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, training & development, benefits administration, and program management.

Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication and presentation abilities.

Experience with strategic planning, process improvement initiatives, budgeting, and data analysis skills for HR metrics evaluation.

Ability to lead change management efforts effectively within dynamic organizational environments.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field; advanced certifications (e.g., SHRM‑SCP or SPHR) preferred.
