Client Service Professional/Receptionist – Seasonal As a seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist, you will focus on wow‑ing our clients now and in the future. Responsibilities Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner. Match clients with the best‑suited tax professional for their needs. Schedule clients according to their preferences. Ensure all client needs have been met during service, in person, over the phone, or virtually. Maintain office cleanliness and organization with team members. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to work a flexible schedule and/or in multiple locations. Sales/marketing experience (preferred). Experience working in a fast‑paced environment. Previous experience in a customer service environment. Ability to multi‑task. Strong organizational and time‑management skills. Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office.
