Location: Denver, CO – Salary: $100,000 - $120,000.

Responsibilities

• Implement the strategic production plan for the plant.
• Manage production capabilities and waste elimination initiatives, modeling a culture of safe work practices and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure production schedules are met.
• Create a team environment aligned with company mission and vision, improving production capabilities, learning and implementing Lean practices, maintaining culture of reliability, honor, and trust.
• Lead, manage, and develop production supervisors, following Lean principles and ensuring successful teamwork, operating as a servant leader, instilling commitment and discipline.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Engineering, Business Management, or related field (preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in a production management role within a food manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of HACCP, GMP, FDA, USDA, and other food safety regulations.
• Experience with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and process optimization is a plus.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and drive results.
• Strong problem‑solving, organizational, and decision‑making abilities.
• Proficiency in production planning software and ERP systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
