Join us as a seasonal Receptionist / Client Service Professional at H&R Block. Your role is to provide a welcoming experience, answer phones, match clients with appropriate tax professionals, schedule appointments, and ensure client needs are met.

Typical Day
You will greet clients, answer phones, match them to tax professionals, schedule appointments, maintain office cleanliness, and assist in client service both in person and virtually.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Flexible schedule and willingness to work multiple locations
Sales/marketing experience (desirable)
Customer service experience in a fast‑paced environment
Strong organizational, time‑management, and multitasking skills
Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office
Responsibilities
Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner
Match clients with the best‑suited tax professional for their needs
Schedule clients as they prefer
Ensure all client needs are met during service (in person, over the phone or virtually)
Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members
Perform other duties as assigned

Pay Range
$11.00 - $27.00 per hour. Local minimum wage laws apply. Additional incentive compensation may be available.
