Responsibilities Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner.
Match clients with the best-suited tax professional for their needs.
Schedule clients as requested and manage bookings.
Help ensure all clients’ needs are met during service, whether in person, over the phone, or virtually.
Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with the team.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to work flexible schedules and/or in multiple locations.
Sales/marketing experience (preferred).
Experience in a fast-paced environment.
Previous experience in a customer service environment.
Ability to multi-task and strong organizational and time-management skills.
Computer proficiency with the ability to use Microsoft Office.
