Client Service Professional/Receptionist (Seasonal)
Location & Compensation
New Braunfels, TX – Salary range $40,000.00 – $60,000.00. Employment type: Full‑time. (Other locations may offer part‑time or short‑term opportunities.)
Key Responsibilities
Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner.
Match clients with the best‑suited tax professional for their needs.
Schedule clients how they would like to be scheduled.
Help ensure all client needs have been met during service, both in person, over the phone, or virtually.
Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members.
Other duties as assigned.
Preferred Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to work a flexible schedule and/or in multiple locations.
Sales/marketing experience.
Your Expertise
Experience working in a fast‑paced environment.
Previous experience in a customer service environment.
Ability to multi‑task.
Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
Computer proficiency with the ability to use Microsoft Office.
