Typical Day Helping others is what we do best here. As a seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist, you will focus on wow clients now and in the future. You will answer phones, greet clients, match them with the best tax professional, schedule appointments, ensure client needs are met, maintain office cleanliness, and perform other duties as assigned. We’d Prefer You to Have High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to work a flexible schedule and/or in multiple locations. Sales/marketing experience. What You'll Bring to the Team Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner. Match clients with the best‑suited tax professional for their needs. Schedule clients how they would like to be scheduled. Help ensure all client needs have been met during service both in person, over the phone or virtually. Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members. Other duties as assigned. Your Expertise Experience working in a fast‑paced environment. Previous experience in a customer service environment. Ability to multi‑task. Strong organizational and time‑management skills. Computer proficient with ability to use Microsoft Office.
