A Typical Day
You will greet clients with a friendly, welcoming demeanor, match them with the best tax professional, schedule appointments, and ensure all client needs are met each time.
Key Responsibilities
Answer phones, greet clients, and provide personalized assistance.
Match clients with the appropriate tax professional.
Schedule client appointments as per preferences.
Assist with in‑person, phone, or virtual client service.
Maintain office cleanliness and organize resources with team members.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Preferred Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Flexible schedule and ability to work in multiple locations.
Experience in sales, marketing or customer service.
Desired Expertise
Experience in a fast‑paced environment.
Strong customer service background.
Multi‑tasking skills.
Organizational and time‑management skills.
Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office.
