This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, people-focused, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities of the HR Generalist: Manage HRIS data, personnel files, and employee records Support weekly payroll processing and benefits administration (enrollment, changes, terminations, invoice reconciliation, open enrollment) Conduct new hire onboarding and assist with offboarding Ensure compliance with employment laws (EEO, FMLA, ADA, OSHA, etc.) Support employee relations, investigations, and engagement programs Assist with recruiting, HR projects, and reporting Requirements of the HR Generalist: Associates or Bachelors degree in HR or related field, OR 3+ years of HR experience Knowledge of HR practices and employment law Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail Ability to manage confidential information with discretion HR certification and UKG experience preferred Interested candidates please send resume in Word format.
