$120,000 – $175,000 + Performance Bonus + Equity We’re hiring a Partnerships Lead to build and manage Sent’s ecosystem of carrier, technology, and channel partners. You’ll focus on integrations, co‑selling motions, and platform relationships that directly drive adoption and revenue. You’ll work closely with sales, product, and marketing to make sure partners are well‑integrated, supported, and generating clear pipeline and usage. Define and execute Sent’s partnership strategy across carriers, aggregators, ISVs, CRMs, CX platforms, and channel/agency partners. Source, negotiate, and close partnership agreements that drive new opportunities, usage, and revenue. Work with product and engineering on integration plans, joint solutions, and partner technical requirements. Collaborate with marketing on joint messaging, announcements, and go‑to‑market campaigns. Enable sales and customer success to use partnerships for co‑selling, referrals, and added customer value. Track and report partner performance with clear metrics and regular reviews. Have experience in partnerships, business development, or channel roles. Have experience working with SaaS, CPaaS, or API‑based products. Have a record of sourcing, negotiating, and closing impactful partnerships. Are comfortable working cross‑functionally and aligning incentives across partners, sales, product, and marketing. Can prioritize among many potential partner opportunities and focus on those with clear commercial impact. Communicate clearly, manage expectations well, and follow through on commitments. Nice to have
Existing relationships in messaging, telecom, CRM, or CX ecosystems. Experience building or scaling a structured partner program. Experience working in a high‑growth startup environment. Benefits & Perks
