What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred
Minimum of 5 years in product management or technical leadership roles with a focus on finance
At least 10 years of experience managing digital products and self-service platforms
Strong understanding of agile frameworks and the software development lifecycle
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Prior experience working on a global transformation initiative
Familiarity with backlog management tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps
Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
Proven experience in change management and product delivery
