What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Define product vision, roadmap, and solution scope through customer feedback and team collaboration
Own and prioritize the product group backlog, ensuring alignment with business value and scalability
Mobilize cross-functional product teams and oversee progress for timely delivery of capabilities
Introduce and apply best practices to enhance product performance and user experience
Drive product development in alignment with agile methodologies and technology standards
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field; MBA or equivalent preferred
5 or more years in product management or technical leadership roles focused on finance and transformative programs
10 or more years of proven experience managing digital products and self-service platforms
In-depth experience with change management and product delivery
Strong understanding of agile frameworks and excellent communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Prior experience working on a global transformation initiative
Familiarity with backlog management tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps
Ability to effectively translate business needs into technical requirements
Experience in agile methodologies and software development lifecycle
Strong stakeholder management skills
