What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Define product vision, roadmap, and solution scope through customer feedback and team collaboration

Own and prioritize the product group backlog for MVP and subsequent releases based on business value

Mobilize cross-functional product teams and oversee progress for timely delivery of self‑serve capabilities

Introduce and apply best practices to enhance product performance and user experience

Drive product development in alignment with agile methodologies and technology standards

What is Required (Qualifications)

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field; MBA or equivalent preferred

Minimum of 5 years in product management or technical leadership roles with emphasis on finance

At least 10 years of proven experience managing digital products and self‑service platforms

Strong understanding of agile frameworks and software development lifecycle

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Prior experience working on a global transformation

Familiarity with backlog management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps)

Ability to work well both independently and within a team‑oriented environment
