Position Overview The

Director of Sales

is the leader responsible for driving sustainable revenue growth, operational excellence, and world‑class sales execution across all revenue‑generating divisions of TN HomeBuyers. In this role you will lead, manage and develop team members in our Lead Intake, Acquisitions, and Dispositions departments. This role is designed for a strategic thinker who enjoys innovating the systems, processes, and decisions that drive a business forward. The Director of Sales will optimize a high‑performing revenue engine, design scalable training and development frameworks, and lead the execution of cross‑department sales strategies that accelerate TN HomeBuyers toward its long‑term revenue and profitability goals.

What Will I Do?

Enable all of sales to have a customer obsessed mindset that helps execute on our guarantee “Sell You House The Easy Way”

Develop and implement training programs that enable sales professionals to be successful

Design and refine sales processes, playbooks, and operating systems that create structure, accountability, and scale across all revenue channels

Drive cross‑departmental alignment, collaborating with the departmental Team leads and executive leaders

Optimize conversions and profitability, using data, insights, and market intelligence to guide pricing, follow‑up strategy, and offer structures

Lead forecasting and performance reviews, analyzing data to guide decision‑making and strategic adjustments

Optimize the revenue pipeline, removing bottlenecks, resolving issues, and ensuring teams hit monthly, quarterly, and annual goals

Recruit, hire, and onboard talent across all sales functions to maintain a high performing Team

Serve as the cultural leader for the sales Team, fostering ownership, transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement

Utilize AI and technology to elevate customer experience, streamline workflows, and enhance sales execution

What Do I Have to Have?

7+ years of experience in Sales Leadership

Proven track record of managing multi‑division sales Teams

Strong analytical and forecasting capabilities

Previous success in optimizing conversions, margins, and cash cycles

Knowledge of building and implementing continuous training programs

Experience leading innovation projects, launching new sales channels, or building new divisions

Comfort with AI, automation, and technology‑driven optimization
