NovaCare Pikesville is seeking a passionate, licensed physical therapist to step into a
Center Manager
role. This position combines leadership responsibilities with direct patient care, offering the opportunity to guide a dynamic team while delivering exceptional outcomes.
Our center serves a diverse population, from teens to older adults, and provides a wide range of specialty services, including:
General Orthopedics
Sports Medicine
Aquatic Therapy
Work Conditioning
Concussion Management
Fall and Injury Prevention
LSVT BIG
Prior management experience is preferred but not required. Our leadership development programs are designed to support your growth and success. An ideal physical therapist has 2-3 years of experience in outpatient orthopedics.
As Center Manager, you will oversee a respected team of clinicians, ensuring high-quality care and operational excellence. You will play a key role in shaping the patient experience and fostering a collaborative, supportive culture.

Responsibilities
Assume responsibility of our center and uphold executive decisions
Utilize our local community network to partner with physicians, employers, payors and case managers to achieve optimal patient outcomes
Help grow and manage our center’s physician relationships and patient portfolios
Expand and develop a team of talented PTs and physical therapist assistants (PTAs)
Partner with philanthropic programs and events to give back to the community
Participate in industry‑leading continuing education opportunities
Qualifications
Must be a graduate of an accredited school of physical therapy
Valid State Physical Therapist License is required to start
CPR Certification
2-3 years of experience in outpatient orthopedics (preferred)
