Responsibilities
Own the End‑to‑End Client Project Lifecycle. You'll masterfully manage customer orders from the initial purchase order to final shipment, ensuring 100% accuracy in specifications, pricing, and delivery information.Become a Trusted Partner to Key Accounts. You will build exceptional rapport, proactively communicate project milestones, and serve as the vital link between your clients and the internal production teams to ensure a world‑class experience.
Serve as a Proactive Problem‑Solver. You will take the lead on resolving customer inquiries with speed and precision, collaborating with Quality Assurance, Accounting, and Production to deliver swift and effective solutions.
Contribute to a Culture of Excellence. You'll actively identify opportunities to improve workflows, enhance communication, and elevate the overall customer experience, making a direct impact on the team's success.
Qualifications
Experience: 2‑5+ years in a customer service, account management, or project coordination role, preferably within a B2B manufacturing, printing, or industrial environment.
Detail Obsession: A proven track record of managing complex details with exceptional accuracy. You believe that if a job is worth doing, it's worth doing right.
Ownership Mentality: You take full responsibility for your accounts and are driven to see every project through to a successful conclusion.
