CenterWell is seeking a full-time Primary Care Physician to join our expanding senior-focused clinical team in the Orlando, FL area. This opportunity is located at our West Orange Clinic and supports longer visits, strong clinical resources, and a value-based care model centered on quality outcomes.

Our physicians enjoy interdisciplinary team support, manageable patient panels, longer visit times, and centralized resources for quality and documentation.
Schedule & Work Model
Monday–Friday, daytime schedule
No weekends
No hospital rounds
Limited phone-only call rotation
Key Responsibilities
Provide high-quality primary care to adult and senior patients.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams.
Focus on prevention, chronic disease management, and reduced hospitalizations.
Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation.
Participate in limited phone call coverage.
Required Qualifications
MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
Board Certified or Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine.
Active or eligible Florida medical license.
Experience managing Medicare Advantage panel of patients with understanding of best practice in coordinated care environment in value based relationship environment.
TB screening participation required.

Pay Range The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
$219,400 - $306,900 per year. This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
