Location:
Duties:
Handle all phases of litigation from assignment to resolution
Maintain proactive and client-focused communication
Conduct legal research and draft legal documents
Develop and sustain professional relationships with clients and internal teams
Navigate and manage responsibilities within a paperless environment
Requirements:
1 year of experience in workers’ compensation defense (preferred)
Familiarity with Defense Base Act and Longshore & Harbor Workers’ Compensation Act (a plus)
Strong organizational and analytical skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in digital legal tools and systems
Education:
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
Certifications:
Active Member in Good Standing with the State Bar of California

Effective written and oral communication
Ability to work independently and manage low caseloads efficiently
