Workers' Compensation Defense Attorney Bradford & Barthel, LLP—California, United States (Remote/Hybrid). California residency not required.

We are seeking workers' compensation attorneys throughout California. We offer a competitive benefits package and remote work opportunities. Salary range: $100,000–$220,000 (exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience and location).

Qualifications

Minimum one year of workers' compensation defense experience preferred; active California State Bar membership in good standing required. Defense Base Act/Longshore & Harbor Workers' Compensation experience is a plus.

Proactive, responsive, and committed to delivering exceptional client service from assignment through resolution.

Strong research, analytical, and organizational abilities with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Comfortable navigating a fully paperless environment and leveraging web-based legal tools.

Demonstrates a strong work ethic and ability to build and maintain effective relationships with colleagues, clients, and partners.
