Job Location: California (Remote/Hybrid). California residency not required.

Salary range: $100,000 - $220,000 per year. Compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.

Qualifications

Minimum one year of workers' compensation defense experience preferred; active California State Bar membership in good standing required. Defense Base Act/Longshore & Harbor Workers' Compensation experience is a plus.

Skills & Expertise: Strong research, analytical, and organizational abilities with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Technical Proficiency: Comfortable navigating a fully paperless environment and leveraging web-based legal tools.

Professionalism & Collaboration: Demonstrates a strong work ethic and the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with colleagues, clients, and partners.
