Business Development Manager
Base Pay Range $80,000.00 / year - $100,000.00 / year
We are seeking energetic individuals to join our unique and fast‑paced Business Development Team at Dover Dodge. This is a great opportunity to start your career in retail automotive, familiarize yourself with the entire dealership experience, and enjoy unlimited income potential. Training is provided so no prior experience is necessary.
Responsibilities
Answer customer calls and schedule follow‑ups with sales appointments.
Respond quickly to inquiries via internet, phone and live chat using scripts and templates.
Provide customers with initial product information and guide them to appropriate dealership resources.
Present initial financing options based on customer needs.
Follow up with leads that are not ready to make an appointment or who do not show up.
Participate in team and process development sessions, maintaining positive relationships with teammates, sales teams, and dealership management.
Utilize CRM tracking system daily.
Qualifications
Prior experience in a strong customer service role.
Team‑player attitude.
Prompt, courteous and enthusiastic disposition.
Strong computer skills.
Willingness to submit to a pre‑employment background check and drug screen.
