Supply Chain System Implementation Project Lead
Spinnaker SCA, a Publicis Sapient company, is hiring a Supply Chain System Implementation Project Lead to manage full-lifecycle delivery of enterprise‑class supply chain software implementations as a part of our Strategy & Transformation group. In this role, you will lead cross‑functional teams, engage directly with senior client stakeholders, and ensure successful execution from project planning through go‑live.
You’ll act as a program-level advisor, owning communication strategy, schedule oversight, issue escalation, and alignment across business and technical workstreams. This is a high‑visibility leadership opportunity ideal for professionals with a track record of delivering Tier 1 supply chain software solutions across logistics, planning, or execution environments.
Location Remote
Travel As required by Client, up to 25 %
Target Compensation Pay Range: $70,000‑230,000 USD + Bonus
Required qualifications Here’s what you need to bring to the table:
A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field is required. Equivalent experience includes a proven track record of skills, professional accomplishments, or training related to the role.
Minimum 3 years managing complex system implementation projects—preferably in supply chain, logistics, or fulfillment
Hands‑on experience delivering projects that include Blue Yonder, Kinaxis, o9, Manhattan, SAP, or equivalent Tier 1 systems
Demonstrated success managing large‑scale rollouts, upgrades, or global initiatives across industries such as:
Retail & Grocery
Distribution
Apparel & Footwear
Consumer Packaged Goods / Food & Beverage
Discrete or Process Manufacturing
Strong stakeholder engagement and executive presence—comfortable leading steering committees and cross‑functional meetings
Proven ability to lead internal and external teams of 5+ senior consultants
Familiarity with Scrum, PMI, or equivalent delivery methodologies
Excellent organizational, communication, and schedule management capabilities
Ability and willingness to travel up to 25 % depending on client requirements
Experience that's a plus You’ll stand out if you also bring experience with:
Prior consulting experience in a client‑facing role
PMP, Agile/Scrum certifications
Hands‑on experience with supply chain lifecycle projects—spanning
plan, source, make, deliver, return
Experience managing project budgets, forecasts, and financial performance metrics
Knowledge of multi‑region implementation programs, phased rollouts, or post‑merger integrations
What you’ll actually do
Serve as the
project‑facing lead
and trusted advisor for client stakeholders during supply chain system implementations
Own project governance and communication plans from kickoff to stabilization
Manage resources (internal, partner, and client‑side) and coordinate across delivery functions
Review and validate all project deliverables against scope, quality, and contractual commitments
Maintain and monitor integrated project plans, timelines, and risk logs
Lead performance variance analysis and course‑correction plans to resolve scope, schedule, or cost deviations
Drive continuous risk management practices and promote proactive mitigation across delivery teams
Publish executive status reports and facilitate steering committee meetings
Contribute to practice knowledge sharing, reusable frameworks, and team capability building
