Financial Reporting Associate – $100k + Bonus & Profit Sharing

Basesalary up to $100k plus 10-15% bonus
12% profit-sharing plan
Flexible work policy (in-office with occasional remote flexibility)
What You’ll Do:
Prepare financial statements, regulatory reports, and investor-specific reports
Analyze trades, ensure compliance, and consolidate accounts across legal entities
Collaborate with auditors, research accounting guidance, and assist with global reporting
Qualifications:
3-5 years of public accounting experience (Big 4 or large CPA firms preferred)
CPA certified or actively pursuing certification
Financial services experience required
Hedge fund or private equity a plus
