Position Overview
We are seeking a System Administrator to support implementation troubleshooting and maintenance for complex information systems. You will manage daily operations optimize performance and provide Tier One and Tier Two support across enterprise environments. Key Responsibilities
Provide daily operations monitoring and problem resolution for servers storage networks and mobile devices Deliver Tier One and Tier Two diagnosis and resolution and communicate status to leadership and customers Configure and manage Windows and UNIX systems and implement enhancements to improve reliability and performance Perform system capacity analysis and planning and provide detailed analysis on escalated tickets Qualifications
Ten years of system administration experience on programs of similar scope and complexity Bachelor degree in a technical discipline or five additional years of system administration experience in lieu of degree Compensation and Benefits
