Sales Executive Job Num: 56798 h5Job DescriptionIndustry: Manufacturing/Industrial ProductsTitle: Sales ExecutiveLocation: Torrance, CA (Hybrid)Hour: Monday- Friday (9am - 6pm)Salary: $70~75K (DOE)Summary: We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Executive to join our team. This role involves managing all aspects of B2B sales for industrial filter systems, including imported proprietary and third-party products. You'll play a critical role in expanding our presence in the U.S. market by collaborating with distributors, educating clients, and conducting in-depth market research. Key Responsibilities:Manage the complete sales cycle for business clients across the U.S., including prospecting, relationship management, and closing deals.Drive sales of our proprietary and third-party filter cartridges and filtration systems.Conduct meetings with clients and distributor partners to ensure effective collaboration and customer satisfaction.Train distributors and join customer visits, including tours of factories and R&D facilities, to better understand client needs.Identify and establish new distributor partnerships through proactive outreach, including cold calling.Research and target new customers while leveraging distributor networks for sales opportunities.Perform market research through trade show participation, industry publications, and online resources.Provide interpretation and translation services as needed.Participate in weekly sales meetings to share updates and insights.Regularly report sales forecasts, progress, and activity results.Develop annual sales goals and track progress toward achieving them.QualificationsRequired:Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and teamwork skills, with a proactive approach to business development and sales activities.Flexibility for frequent travel and on-site client visits.Ability to work independently while contributing to team goals.Proficiency in English at a professional level, both spoken and written.Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.Valid driver's license.Preferred:Familiarity with Japanese corporate culture and adaptability to diverse business practices.Sales experience with consumables for semiconductor or industrial manufacturers, particularly filters (including air filters).Knowledge of trade operations and experience working with industrial production equipment such as valves, pumps, or mixers.Basic proficiency in Japanese is highly preferred.To apply, please send your resume to asasaki@pasona.comJob DetailsCity: Torrance State: CA Job Type: Permanent Job Salary High: 7000.00 Salary Low: 75000.00 Languages: English Hours of Operation: 9AM- 6PM Benefits: Health Ins;Dental Ins;Paid Time Off Contact InformationJob Owner: Amiri Sasaki Job Owner Email : asasaki@pasona.com
