Our client is currently seeking an
IT Program Manager-Business Transformation .You will support a portfolio of strategic initiatives that drive organizational efficiency and impact. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will oversee key project updates, monitor KPIs/KRIs, facilitate executive-level communications, and provide high-level support. This role is centered on continuous improvement and fostering an all-win approach to transformation.
This job will have the following responsibilities: Develop and implement a program roadmap aligned with leadership’s vision. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and leaders to plan and execute project deliverables. Manage risks, issues, and dependencies, maintaining a RAID log for efficiency. Oversee program status for senior leadership and address high-priority escalations. Apply project and program management methodologies to ensure portfolio success. Create dashboards to evaluate stakeholder satisfaction and program quality. Assist with budget preparation, forecasting, and contract renewals. Organize town halls and team-building activities to strengthen collaboration. Develop compelling PowerPoint presentations to communicate program insights. Uphold the organization's values of Integrity, Caring, and Excellence. Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience. 5+ years of experience in technical project management (preferably in program management). Strong understanding of project management disciplines, Agile preferred. Knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC). Proven ability to support senior executives with high-quality executive communications. Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Excel and PowerPoint. Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills. Experience in financial analysis and budget management. Familiarity with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma). Preferred Qualifications:
Master’s degree in a relevant field. Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification. Agile Certification (CSM or PMI-ACP). Program Management Professional (PgMP) Certification. Change Management Certification (Prosci). Strong experience providing strategic advice and policy recommendations at a senior level. Stakeholder engagement expertise in complex, high-profile initiatives. Knowledge of software engineering disciplines. Lean Six Sigma Certifications (LSSGB, LSSYB, LSSBB, LSS Champion)
