Duties : Training & Communications Specialist , supporting Payroll through content development, onboarding, and internal communications . Project specialists provide project management support to deliver projects within the established budget and time line. Identifies project activities or situations that may adversely impact project budget. Monitor invoicing and billing; provide aging reports to project manager. Support budget review for business plan proposals based on current and anticipated project needs.
