Sr. Solutions Architect
to join our
Enterprise Technology Systems (ETS) Architecture & Development
team. As a Solutions Architect, you will lead and mentor a team of IT developers and other architects leveraging enterprise systems and integration technologies. Your primary responsibilities include collaborating with management to evaluate business needs, defining technical requirements, and ensuring successful implementation of technology solutions. Expertise in platforms such as HRIS (e.g., Workday), ERP (e.g., Oracle, CMIC), and CRM (e.g., Salesforce, Cosential) is required. Additionally, experience in designing, building, and supporting integrations using tools like Boomi or custom development is essential. You will execute proof of concept work, lead complex implementations, and manage the teams software development lifecycle. Strong communication skills, a deep understanding of enterprise systems, and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions are crucial for success. Responsibilities : Partner with stakeholders to clarify and refine business initiatives impacting enterprise platforms. Evaluate and communicate technical approaches and associated risks. Design and implement technical solutions involving HRIS, ERP, CRM, and integration technologies. Create and maintain technical documentation and diagrams. Conduct proof of concept testing for new technologies. Oversee complex system integrations for performance and security. Lead and mentor development teams, establish coding standards, and conduct code reviews. Facilitate training to enhance team expertise. Engage with management to define technical requirements and present solutions. Manage stakeholder feedback, risks, and project approvals. Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. 10+ years in IT with at least 3 years as a Solutions Architect. 7+ years experience with ERP systems like Oracle or MS Dynamics. 5+ years experience with relational databases. 3+ years hands-on experience with HRIS platforms and integrations. Proven leadership in mentoring development teams. 3+ years experience with integration platforms such as Boomi or Jitterbit. Experience with Azure cloud services and container solutions. Familiarity with Agile, DevOps, and security standards. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Desired Qualifications : Knowledge of finance processes within ERP systems. Certifications like Workday Certified Integration Developer or Microsoft Certified Solutions Architect. Understanding of data governance and industry-specific experience. Work Conditions: Sitting, standing, and lifting up to 15 pounds. Occasional travel for meetings.
